What to expect?

I incorporate many different elements in my sessions. Starting off with cleansing my space with smoke or sprays (client's preference), sound using a singing bowl, tuning forks and tingshas, scent using essential oils, crystals chosen specifically for each Chakra and of course relaxing music!
