1. Are your candles handmade?

Yes. All Celestial Garden candles are hand-poured in small batches using coconut-soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and carefully selected crystals. Each candle is crafted with attention to detail to ensure a high-quality and meaningful experience.

2. Do the crystals used have specific energetic properties?

Yes. Each crystal is intentionally chosen for its energetic qualities and how it aligns with the candle’s purpose—such as self-love, abundance, healing, or protection. 

3. Can the crystals be reused after the candle has burned?

Yes. Once the candle has completely cooled and remaining wax has been safely removed, the crystals may be cleansed and reused. Many customers keep them for meditation, crystal grids, or as a personal reminder of their intention.

During burning, small stones may remain safely in the candle as the wax melts. However, larger stones should be removed once they become exposed to prevent interference with the wick.

5. Do you offer custom or special-order items?

Yes. Custom candles and intention-based pieces are available for special occasions, gifting, or personal use. Please contact us to discuss your needs, timelines, and availability.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within an additional 2–3 business days, depending on the shipping provider and destination.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary for custom or special-order pieces. Shipping details and tracking information are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Candle & Fire Safety

  • Always remove all dried florals, herbs, or botanical elements before lighting your candle to prevent fire hazards.

  • Small crystals may remain in the candle while burning; remove larger stones once exposed to ensure the wick remains unobstructed.

  • Allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn.

  • Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each use.

  • Always burn candles on a heat-safe surface and never leave unattended.

  • All candles include a candle care card with detailed instructions for your reference, ensuring a safe and enjoyable burning experience.

Crystal Care

Crystals may be cleansed using methods such as smoke, moonlight, sound, or intention. Choose the method that feels most aligned with you.
